This very special evening begins with our most popular menu item: Wild Mushrooms in Puff Pastry, paired with Tablas Creek, Patelin de Tablas, whose balanced acidity and rich fruit notes complement the earthy flavors of the mushrooms. Next, enjoy Caviar-Stuffed Shrimp à la Mer served with a vibrant Grenache Blanc.

You'll savor a main course of Steak Au Poivre: tender filet mignon coupled with two exceptional reds, Esprit de Tablas and Coudoulet de Beaucastel, Côtes du Rhône Rouge, both of which bring depth and complexity to the peppery steak.  The evening concludes on a sweet note with Warm Apple Strudel, crowned with house-made cinnamon ice cream.

 Tickets purchased less than 4 hours prior to event start time may not be processed. Your Paypal receipt of purchase is your reservation and ticket for seating. Please, be sure to have it readily available when you check in with us on the night of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another patron if an emergency prevents you from attending.
